ABOUT KATHERINE RUTH

Katherine is not a woman who fits in a box. While she doesn't love a label, they are helpful for an 'about' section. Her labels would include mother, postpartum doula, craniosacral therapist, sound bath practitioner, folk herbalist, and ceremony guide. She knows she was put on this earth to be in service. She was born with a gift of seeing the unseen and hearing the unheard. She uses these gifts throughout all of her varied work.

She is a mother of 2 children, ages 18 and 21. She holds a minor in Early Childhood Education (2001), is a DONA certified Postpartum Doula (2008), an INNATE Certified Postpartum Care Practitioner (2023), and Craniosacral Therapist (2017). In addition, she has extensive experience and knowledge in herbal support, lactation support, sound healing, chakra/energy balancing treatments, and holding ceremony space. Katherine's personal journey involved many years of teachings and healings from Elders, Indigenous Shamanic healing rituals, leading spiritual retreats, and a personal daily spiritual practice. As much as Katherine is uncomfortable with labels some have called her a medicine woman, intuit, healer, baby whisperer, educator, and empath.

 

Katherine's energy sessions and ceremony space allow her to assist clients in unlocking their full potential and achieving personal growth. Her passion for guiding intuitive energy sessions is a testament to her commitment to sharing her spiritual gifts with others. With Katherine's guidance, clients can embark on a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery. Her greatest hope is that through working with her you will learn to rely on your own intuition, feel clear, free, and ready to fully honor yourself.
